About the Opportunity

Client is seeking a
Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Contractor
to support enterprise-scale CRM customization, integrations, and reporting initiatives. This is a
hands-on consulting role
ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently, collabon/a with stakeholders, and deliver production-ready solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Customization & Development

  • Customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, reports, ribbons, and navigation
  • Design and develop custom workflows, plug-ins, and advanced Power Automate flows
  • Build CRM extensions using
    C#, JavaScript, HTML
    , and related frameworks
  • Leverage
    Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML
    , and
    XRM Toolbox

Web, Portal & Power Platform Development

  • Develop and integn/a custom portals using
    ASP.NET, .NET Core, AngularJS, TypeScript
  • Customize and extend
    Power Apps
    and
    Power Pages
  • Apply both low-code and pro-code approaches based on solution requirements

Azure & Integration

  • Design and build Azure-based solutions using
    App Services, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
  • Integn/a Dynamics CRM with enterprise operational systems using
    APIs and ETL processes
  • Implement and manage authentication integrations including
    Azure AD B2C and Okta

Security & Governance

  • Configure and manage CRM security models (business units, teams, security roles)
  • Ensure best practices for data access, governance, and compliance

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and deliver
    Power BI dashboards
    , Dynamics CRM reports, and Word templates
  • Build on-demand and scheduled reporting solutions using
    Dynamics CRM Online
  • Apply strong
    SQL
    and data visualization skills to support business decision-making

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with
    Dynamics 365 CRM
    solution design and development
  • Strong knowledge of
    Dataverse schema design
  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure services
    and cloud-native development
  • Proficiency in
    .NET, C#, JavaScript
    , and DevOps pipelines/tools
  • Experience working in
    Agile delivery environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer journey analytics is an asset

  • Proven experience as a
    Dynamics CRM Consultant or Contractor
