Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Perform monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets and all entities across all classes. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets to ensure 'zero exposure'.

  • Completion of attestation process once in every 6 months.

  • Create and maintain different dashboards to increase the visibility of market owners and leadership team.

  • Maintain QB Deck file in collaboration with all market owners.

  • Creation of report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) to increase visibility and footprint

  • Answering all the data requests from internal and external business units

  • Preparation of monthly and yearly (SOL wise) reconciliation overview report to be sent to Risk team.

  • Responsible for reconciliation (agent report, reconciliation report, attestation report) data archival.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Excellent knowledge in EXCEL

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Able to understand the flow of reconciliation (downstream) between agent/custodian/client.

  • Able to work independently collaborating with Sub custodian/External Stakeholder and Internal Team

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge in VBA is a plus
