About the role

Rewind is looking for a Tech Partner Manager to build and scale strategic technology partnerships that amplify our product reach and customer value. You'll own relationships with key ecosystem partners; driving joint integrations, co-marketing opportunities, and shared business outcomes.

This role blends product understanding, partner management, and business development. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to turn great ideas into thriving partnerships that expand Rewind's impact across the SaaS landscape.

What you'll do

Partnership strategy & ecosystem growth

  • Develop and execute a technology partnership strategy aligned with Rewind's growth priorities.

  • Build and expand access within Rewind's supported platforms and partnerships (SaaS platforms, hyperscalers, and security ecosystem) to drive product adoption and customer success.

  • Build business cases for new integrations, features, and alliances, balancing strategic fit and customer demand.

Relationship management & joint execution

  • Own end-to-end partner relationships—from initial outreach and contract negotiation to onboarding and ongoing performance reviews.

  • Collaborate with partner teams on joint GTM (go-to-market) plans, co-marketing initiatives, co-sell, and customer campaigns.

  • Act as Rewind's primary point of contact for technical and business stakeholders within partner organizations and drive relationship expansion across key business units wihtin partner organizations.

Cross-functional collaboration & enablement

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver seamless, high-impact features and new integrations.

  • Work with partner and internal Marketing, Sales, and support teams to enable them with the right content, value messaging, and training.

  • Measure and communicate partner performance metrics—contributing to quarterly reviews and executive updates.

Market insight & innovation

  • Stay current on emerging platform trends, integration frameworks, and ecosystem models in SaaS and AI.

  • Surface insights from partners and customers to inform Rewind's product roadmap and ecosystem strategy.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel strategy, ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven success building and scaling technology integrations or ecosystem partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and modern SaaS GTM motions.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.

  • A data-driven approach to evaluating partner performance and ROI.

  • Curiosity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset—you're comfortable working across teams to get things done.

Nice to have
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners such as Shopify, Atlassian, AWS, GitHub, or

  • Familiarity with app marketplaces and API-first product design.

  • Background in product partnerships, alliances, hyperscalers, or integration management.

  • Exposure to SaaS backup, security, or data management tools.
