The Job

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with our customers online via e-mail
  • Assess customer inquiries case by case and provide timely and thorough resolutions
  • Communicate with management to solve problems when necessary, and provide recommendations for resolutions to improve our customer experience
  • Answering phone inquiries when applicable
  • Learn our customer care policies and procedures to provide the best options for our customers
  • Maintain expert, in-depth knowledge of our jewellery selection
  • Fulfill online orders as they are received through our website
  • Quality-check all jewellery pieces before being packaged and shipped to our customers
  • Package and process shipping labels through ship station
  • Be efficient with processing orders to ensure orders are shipped out on time
  • Responsible for keeping the shipping area well stocked with supplies, clean and organized
  • In downtime, collaborate with our eCommerce team by checking the Blue Ruby website and flagging on any errors or adjustments that need to be looked at

Qualifications

  • 1 year e-Commerce and/or retail experience
  • Shopify experience is an asset
  • Experience using Ship Station is an asset
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software(s)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
  • A can-do, positive attitude
  • Interest in Jewellery + Fashion

  • Flexibility to work holiday and weekends, as needed
