- Review Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Purchase Orders (POs) with the Project Manager prior to issuance to ensure scopes of work and exclusions align with site requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date and clean set of construction drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep an organized site binder containing all subcontractor and vendor agreements for reference, including daily supervisor logs.
- Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors when necessary to ensure alignment on project activities.
- Conduct daily safety talks and ensure that all site activities comply with applicable health and safety standards.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractor activities to maintain adherence to the project baseline schedule.
- Monitor the quality of work performed on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Manage and verify the delivery and pickup of materials and machinery, ensuring correct quantities are onsite before work begins each day.
- Communicate daily with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager to update site logs, review schedules, report progress, and address any issues, including underperformance by subcontractors or vendors.
- Facilitate on-site issue resolution in collaboration with subcontractors.
- Participate in project closeout meetings with the Project Manager to review and debrief the project.
- Issue site POs and work authorizations to subcontractors and vendors, and ensure copies are submitted to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager for processing and costing.
- Monitor and track material deliveries and haulage; submit all packing slips to the Project Manager for recordkeeping and billing.
- Coordinate site demobilization activities upon project completion.
- Track and coordinate the resolution of deficiencies with subcontractors and vendors until all items are closed.
