The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor activities, conducting site inspections, addressing resident concerns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks.
