**Job Summary**
InterAll Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor** to join our team. We’re seeking a confident leader with hands-on construction site experience and a strong focus on safety, organization, and communication. This is a 5-month contract position with the opportunity to work on meaningful projects across TDSB school sites.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site drawings
- Experience coordinating trades and daily site activities
- Up-to-date legal safety training and First Aid certification
- Police reference check (completed or in progress)
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Understanding of site safety protocols and documentation
- Experience on school or occupied sites is an asset
- **Local 27 carpenter experience is a strong asset, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coordination and client relations
- Ability to handle tight timelines while maintaining quality

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and meets quality standards
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with TDSB and InterAll policies
- Manage site documentation, including safety paperwork and daily reports
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain clear communication
- Monitor schedules and proactively address site issues or delays
- Perform site inspections and quality control checks
