Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager (Director of Training) located in Montreal, QC (Anjou). The Director of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, designing curriculum, and ensuring effective employee training for a divison of 150+ drivers. Additional tasks include managing the training budget, overseeing training and development initiatives, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and developing training programs
  • Fluent in french
  • Willigness to learn about transportation laws and regulations
  • Skills in Training & Development and Employee Training
  • Proficiency in managing Budgeting for training initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not mandatory)
