Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and project management. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and proficiency in various HRIS systems. The Human Resources Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of our organization by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews using ATS platforms such as iCIMS and Lever.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data entry within HRIS systems like Workday, Dayforce, or ADP.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns and providing support in conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management on change management initiatives to ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations using tools such as Kronos or Ceridian.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes within the department.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in training & development initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
