Human Resources Specialist

(Career Development Participation Agreement – Non-Paid, Growth-Oriented Position)

Location: Remote (Flexible, North America Time Zone preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team under the Career Development Participation Program. This is not a traditional volunteer role — it's a structured opportunity for candidates aiming to strengthen their HR career with hands-on, real-world North American tech industry experience.

You will work closely with our HR lead and management team to shape processes and support daily operations while developing your professional network and practical skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and interviews.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new team members.

Handle documentation and maintain accurate HR records.

Assist in employee relations tasks including feedback collection and team communications.

Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

Collaborate with internal departments to support organizational growth from the HR side.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles.

Familiarity with HR tools, policies, and basic labor law understanding.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Available to commit approximately 15 hours per week, preferably in the mornings.

Not currently in a full-time job and eager to gain structured North American work experience.

Proactive, open to feedback, and passionate about HR career development.
