Job Summary
As an Outreach Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for creating your own outreach strategy using online platforms, networking, and community engagement. You'll identify potential prospects, initiate conversations, understand their goals, and provide clear information about our available services.
This position suits someone who can confidently communicate, enjoys consultative sales, and can build relationships from the ground up without feeling pushy or aggressive. No cold-call "hard selling" just genuine outreach, professional communication, and guiding people who are interested.
Responsibilities
- Create your own outreach flow using online platforms, social media, networking, and direct messaging
- Initiate first point of contact with prospects in a professional and personable manner
- Share accurate information about our programs and services
- Hold consultative conversations to understand individual goals and needs
- Guide prospects through our internal process and next steps
- Maintain organized notes and tracking in CRM tools
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or people-focused roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with self-driven prospecting
- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools is an asset
