Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to manage time effectively while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest enjoyment and increase sales.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
  • A background in hospitality or kitchen experience can enhance your application but is not mandatory. Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
