We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the strategic planning, organization, and seamless rollout of multiple new, high-impact and high-visibility vocational programs across Alberta. This pivotal role involves organizing cross-functional efforts, collaborating closely with functional leadership, Program Managers, HR, and Finance to ensure successful, on-budget, and on-schedule program launches. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Planning: Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables for each program site.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the central point of contact between the Senior Management, Program Managers, and corporate departments (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing).
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones, report on progress, and proactively identify risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Budget & Resource Monitoring: Track implementation costs and resource allocations against approved budgets.
  • Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct program readiness reviews and assist in developing lessons learned and best practice documentation.

What we're looking for:

  • Post-secondary education in business, project management, human services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management or program implementation experience.
  • Vocational or related program implementation experience considered an asset.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification considered an asset.
