We're looking for a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager who leads by example, drives business, and knows how to turn goals into achievements. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, customer experience, and team development, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth
through proactive strategies and daily execution - Driving
Daily appointment targets
to keep the showroom buzzing - Leading by example

sales and financial goals
with clear action plans - Coaching, developing, and inspiring a dynamic sales team to exceed expectations
- Overseeing
efficient operation
of the sales floor and finance office - Implementing
continuous improvement initiatives
to elevate performance - Staying ahead of
industry trends
, technology, and best practices - Managing CRM processes and ensuring high CSI/NPS scores
- Appraising and pricing
pre-owned inventory
with confidence and accuracy - Navigating
retail financing
options, including PRIME and NON-PRIME solutions - Negotiating deals and maintaining
exceptional customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Proven
Sales Management experience
in automotive retail - A strong ability to
lead, motivate, and develop
high-performing teams - A results-driven mindset with a focus on
appointments and conversions - Deep understanding of vehicle appraisals and pricing strategies
- Expertise in retail financing
, including subprime solutions - A commitment to
customer satisfaction
and relationship-building - Valid
VSA License
and
Driver's License
