You will work closely with your team in the production area, performing cable splicing, machine operation, quality checks, and general factory labour while following strict safety and production standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProficiently splice cable and operate the cable press machine in accordance with health & safety policiesMeasure, cut, roll, assemble, and inspect cables, chains, and accessories to meet customer specificationsMaintain accurate documentation, inventories, and ensure workstations are clean and organizedPerform thorough quality control checks throughout the production processFollow all company policies and regulatory compliance proceduresReport safety hazards or incidents promptly and help maintain a safe work environmentPerform additional tasks as needed based on business needsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMinimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredPrevious cable splicing or rigging experience is a strong assetComfortable using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings/instructionsSolid math skills and attention to detailAbility to lift and handle up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasksManual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordinationReliable, punctual, and eager to learn and growA true team player with a positive attitudeReliable transportation is an asset due to evening hoursJOIN OUR FAMILYBe a part of a company that values its people.
