We're looking for a passionate and driven MedSpa Account Manager to bring the Dermalogica brand to life in the medical aesthetic space, across Ontario, focusing in the GTA. In this role, you'll be the face of the brand within medical aesthetic practices—building partnerships, gaining brand ambassadors/ KOL's, unlocking growth opportunities, and delivering treatment solutions that transform both skin and business results.
This is more than sales—it's about creating impact. You'll inspire dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, nurses, medical aestheticians, laser technologist and skin therapists with Dermalogica's science-first approach while empowering their practices to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the territory:
- Drive Dermalogica's presence in MedSpas and aesthetic practices across the GTA, winning new business and fueling client success.
- Be a strategist.
Develop smart, tailored sales concepts that speak directly to the needs of dermatologists and aesthetic providers. - Identify, acquire, and seamlessly launch new innovation in medspa accounts into the Dermalogica
- Elevate existing accounts and identify new opportunities with innovation.:
Network like a pro:
- Represent Dermalogica at leading industry congresses, trade shows, and professional events, showcasing our innovations with confidence and expertise as a spokesperson.
- Connect with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and therapists to strengthen Dermalogica's reputation as the go-to professional skincare brand.
Expand nationally:
- Prospect and develop partnerships with chains of MedSpas across Canada, creating scalable opportunities for growth.
Influence the influencers:
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in aesthetics across Canada to amplify Dermalogica's visibility and credibility.
Collaborate for success:
- Work closely with our internal education and marketing teams to deliver unforgettable training and business-building initiatives. Providing insight and opportunities to the internal teams. Supporting brand education and demonstrations on our own.
Inspire others:
- Share knowledge and coach colleagues to help expand Dermalogica's footprint beyond your own territory.
About You
You're a natural relationship builder who thrives in the medical aesthetics space. Dynamic, persuasive, and energized by growth—you see opportunities where others see challenges. You love talking skincare science and can translate it into stories that resonate with medical professionals and clients alike. Above all, you're motivated by results and inspired by the chance to shape the future of skincare in MedSpas.
What We're Looking For
- Post Secondary degree in heath & science or proven related experience with Medical Aesthetics.
- 2+ years of field B2B sales and education experience in medical aesthetic space, aesthetics, or a related industry.
- Certified Skin Therapist/ medical esthetician/trainer credential is a plus.
- Strong network in aesthetic practices and highly knowledgeable on MedSpa treatments and competition.
- Confident in presenting clinical studies and scientific concepts in a clear, compelling way and delivering education through demos.
- Proven track record in territory growth, customer acquisition, and closing deals.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and resilient—thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to mentor and share learnings
- A persuasive communicator who blends professionalism with passion.
- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and commute into the Head Office at least 2 times a month
- Willingness to travel across the GTA, with up to 30% overnight travel.
