We are seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to drive revenue growth through the management and expansion of existing customer relationships, as well as the identification of new sales opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role focused on SaaS and licensed software solutions, ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Drive revenue through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and new license opportunities across SaaS and perpetual products.
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts—from discovery and proposal through negotiation and close.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and usage to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Customer Experience, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline activity, and track performance against assigned quota.
- Support contract discussions, pricing conversations, and renewal negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM tools to ensure visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback on product performance and market needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience selling SaaS, software licenses, or technology solutions (B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to manage a quota and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
