Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to determine if they are interested in learning more about our products and services. They will research and answer questions and resolve issues. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be a problem solver when customers call in with questions regarding our products and services.
  • Respond to customer emails and provide customer service information.
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure that customer experience is flawless at all times.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers when necessary .
  • Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer payments, and file documents.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience in a retail environment.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills are required.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks as needed. - Strong attention to detail is a must- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
