You as a Project Coordinator (Building Group) will:
- Be involved in Pre-construction including municipal process' and approvals
- Be working with our in-house personnel developing schedules, logistics and budgets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs and changes
- Working alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers
- Reviewing, interpreting and updating construction schedules
- Managing and coordinating consultants
- Early works and construction tendering
- Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress record
Is this the right role for you
- You have an engineering degree or diploma and three years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- You have an architectural background to support strategic decision‑making
- You have a working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
- You work positively within a team to achieve a common goal of completion of the project
- You have CISD Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain it
