Hybrid Ontario Canada Digitail Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Digitail is transforming the veterinary profession with innovative, customer-focused technology. We're building the leading all-in-one operating system for animal hospitals, empowering veterinary teams to seamlessly manage client communication, patient data, medical records, scheduling, and billing—all in one place.

Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund), byFounders, Partech, New Normal, and Atomico, we're on a mission to help veterinary professionals focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. At the heart of everything we do is a deep love for pets and a profound respect for the people who care for them.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to shape the roadmap, drive launches, and grow adoption of Digitail. In this role, you'll build messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our platform delivers value, and partner with product, sales, CS, and demand gen to drive awareness, adoption, and retention across veterinary practices.

What You'll DoPositioning & Market Insights
  • Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates Digitail's value to veterinary practices and differentiates us from other PIMS.
  • Define and segment our ideal clinic profiles (ICP) to align product and GTM motions, driving win-rates and growth.
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence: maintain battlecards, analyze feedback, and keep the org sharp on industry trends.
  • Be the voice of the customer — interview veterinarians, technicians, and practice managers; translate insights into roadmap and messaging.
Go-to-Market & Launches
  • Own the GTM process for new features and modules — from tiering to execution — ensuring clinics know what's coming and why it matters.
  • Partner with product to bring clinic insights into roadmap and packaging decisions.
  • Develop launch plans, enablement tools, and customer-facing assets (one-pagers, demos, checklists) that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with demand gen and events to highlight launches through campaigns, webinars, and conference presence.
Pricing & Packaging
  • Partner with product and revenue leadership to evolve pricing and packaging.
  • Test, validate, and refine offers to ensure resonance with customer needs and business outcomes.
Enablement & Adoption
  • Create sales enablement materials (battlecards, decks, one-pagers) tailored to the veterinary buyer journey.
  • Build adoption campaigns for existing customers — from in-app messages to webinars — to ensure teams fully leverage Digitail's PIMS capabilities.
  • Close the loop on every launch by measuring adoption, usage, and feedback, then iterating quickly.
Internal Evangelism
  • Run launch kickoffs and enablement sessions so every Digitail team member can confidently speak to our products.
  • Align internal teams around clear, consistent value props tied directly to clinic workflows, outcomes, and client care.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (healthcare or practice management software a plus).
  • Strong storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to translate technical features into clear customer value.
  • Tech-forward mindset: comfortable using tools like Canva and AI platforms to design, present, and create content independently.
  • Customer empathy: understands our audience of veterinary professionals (less techy, high-touch, sensitive buyers) and how to connect with them.
  • Systems thinker: experience marketing complex "all-in-one" or operating system products where multiple workflows intersect.
  • Client-facing confidence — able to run interviews, present to clinics, and empathize with practice realities.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze adoption, win-rates, and market dynamics to shape strategy.
  • Collaborative, builder mentality with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders, influencing roadmap and GTM priorities.
Why Join Digitail?
  • Shape the future of veterinary practice management at scale.
  • Work with a mission-driven team backed by top investors.
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly culture with opportunities to grow as we scale globally.
