Technical Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our team and will champion the understanding of the developer experience and use cases that are solved with our portfolio. You will that highlight the value our differentiated offerings provided, create and communicate compelling value propositions while increasing sales effectiveness in acquiring new high-value customers with enablement content for various stages of the buyer journey. You have a creative mindset that thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment. You are a self-starter who excels when given a destination without the route and is eager to venture into the unknown and knock down roadblocks in your quest to deliver outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Developer-Centric Expertise**: Take ownership of the developer persona and touch points within their journey. Deeply understand where and how developers learn, their crucial feature preferences, and maintain a segmented view of the developer audience.
- ** Strategic Product Launches**: Collaborate closely with the enterprise Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate product launches and messaging targeted specifically at developers. Your expertise will ensure that our products resonate with this key audience.
- ** Conversion and Journey Insight**: Support marketing efforts in converting developers from trial to paid users by comprehending their journey. Define optimal channels to engage them and create top-of-funnel (TOFU) content that seamlessly guides them through the buying cycle.
- ** Collaborative Alignment**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, technical writers, and marketing to ensure alignment across all touch points of developer engagement.
- ** Content Strategy**: Produce technical content tailored to developers, such as blog posts, white papers, webinars, and data sheets. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Product Enablement**: Design and deliver comprehensive product knowledge, tools, and training to the sales team. Equip them with the resources needed to effectively sell our products, including sales collateral like datasheets, presentations, case studies, competitive battlecards, and FAQs.
- ** Unified Messaging Framework**: Extend your impact by creating position and messaging frameworks that resonate consistently across all facets of the business. Empower other teams to craft content aligned with our tone and value statements.
- ** Go-to-Market Strategy**: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and other marketing team members to ensure seamless product releases.
- ** Market Insights**: Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, customer personas, and market segmentation data. Leverage these insights to refine and guide our product marketing strategy.
- ** Sales Support**: Empower the sales team in engaging with customers and closing deals by producing high-quality technical sales collateral and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: At least 2 years of product marketing experience in the software or tech industry, with a focus on developer tools or enterprise solutions.
- ** Technical Content Creation**: Demonstrated experience in creating technical content such as whitepapers, product datasheets, blog posts, how-to guides, documentation, and more.
- ** Technical Acumen**: Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Autonomous and Adaptable**: A self-starter who thrives in working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to embrace new technologies and challenges.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to various audiences.
- ** Collaboration**: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- ** Market Knowledge**: Knowledge of the document processing or developer tools market is advantageous.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
