About the Role
This is a fly in fly out opportunity on site in British Columbia on a 14/14 rotation working 12 hour days. Key accountabilities include monitoring and operating the plant through a control room, conducting surveillance of operating equipment, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Responsibly and consistently monitoring and operating the plant through a control room.
- Conducting surveillance of operating equipment and critical parameters, while keeping accurate operations logs.
- Preparing equipment for maintenance and perform maintenance and preventative inspections.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and work with others to implement changes.
- Supporting and complying with the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.
Qualifications
- Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience as an operator in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Power Engineering certification or equivalent trade certification
