Life Changers Eco Foundation is a community-driven non-profit organization committed to environmental sustainability, climate action, youth engagement, and grassroots community development. Through initiatives such as community clean-ups, tree planting, environmental education, and community outreach, we empower individuals and communities to take action for a healthier and more sustainable future.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Volunteer Director of Operations who is passionate about community impact and eager to gain hands-on experience while growing with the organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build leadership, non-profit operations, and project management experience in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

The Director of Operations will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to support daily operations, program coordination, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Support planning and execution of programs, events, and community initiatives

· Assist in developing and improving internal operational systems and processes

· Coordinate volunteers and support team collaboration

· Monitor project timelines and assist with reporting and documentation

· Support partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and organizational communications

· Participate in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives

Who We're Looking For

· Strong interest in environmental sustainability, community development, or non-profit work

· Motivated, organized, and willing to learn

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Background or interest in operations, business administration, project management, or non-profit leadership is an asset but not required
