Client Service Agent

We're hiring a Client Service Agent for our customer support team. You'll be the first point of contact for our subscribers—helping with new connections, Wi-Fi/router questions, plan and billing inquiries, logging cases, and driving issues to resolution.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers (B2C/B2B).
- Perform basic troubleshooting: modem/router, Wi-Fi, speed tests, reboots, cabling.
- Create orders for new installs, service moves, and plan changes.
- Support billing and payments, open billing tickets, and escalate disputes when needed.
- Log all interactions in the CRM and follow SLAs and conversation scripts.
- Coordinate with Tier 2 technical support and field technicians.
- Offer relevant add-ons (mesh Wi-Fi, higher speed tiers, etc.).
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- Experience in customer service/call centre/telecom support (an asset, but strong entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Understanding of networking basics: modem/ONT, router, 2.4/5 GHz, LAN, reboot/reset, speed tests.
- Strong written and spoken English; French is a major plus.
- Clear communication, empathy, and calm handling of objections.
- PC and CRM proficiency; fast typing (~35–45 wpm).
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and reliable home internet (for remote work).
