Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Manager to lead our marketing and content initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing compelling campaigns across multiple channels, managing creative projects, and driving brand engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies, with a keen eye for design. As a Creative Manager, you will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Create all creative output across Elevation Partners and client accounts.
  • Develop, concepts and visuals for paid ads, campaigns, banners, promos, and all other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with web developers and copywriters on website design, content layout, and branding consistency.
  • Maintain brand guidelines for clients to ensure a unified, elevated aesthetic.
  • Manage creative timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years
  • Experience in creative direction, design, or marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing
  • Experience managing multiple client projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for the beauty, health, and wellness industries.

This position is full-time and in-person in Concord Ontario. Monday to Friday (flexible hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
