We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for food industry excellence. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and innovate menu offerings to delight our guests. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and update menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively
- Train staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold hospitality excellence
- Implement innovative culinary concepts to enhance guest experience
- Ensure all food served meets the highest quality standards and presentation expectations
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management practices and food industry standards
- Expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative menus and manage kitchen budgets effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with staff and front-of-house teams
- Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on serving diverse clientele
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
