Job Title: Sales Agent
Company: Excel Lighting & Manufacturing LTD.
Location: 13611 Maycrest Way, Richmond
Compensation: Commission-Based (with existing client portfolio)
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to manage and nurture our existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter, comfortable with a flexible work schedule, and driven by a commission-based structure. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while executing sales strategies provided by the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
l Manage and service an assigned list of existing customers.
l Strictly execute all tasks and sales strategies as appointed by the Sales Manager.
l Provide a comprehensive summary report to and discuss with the Sales Manager at the end of each week.
l Identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base.
Qualifications:
l A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of discipline.
l Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
