We’re looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our team as **Entry Level Sales Agent**:

In this role, you’ll work with nationally recognized client brands, helping connect customers with products and services that genuinely meet their needs. You won’t be stuck behind a desk - you’ll be out engaging with people, building real connections, and learning the building blocks of success in business development and professional sales.

**What do our Sales Agents do?**
- Be the go-to expert for our clients' offerings, delivering tailored presentations that leave a lasting impression
- Drive customer acquisition by confidently initiating conversations and offering practical solutions
- Maintain a positive customer experience by listening actively, addressing questions, and creating value
- Track your progress through our internal systems to manage outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
- Take part in team huddles and strategy sessions to stay sharp, inspired, and ahead of the game
- Play a role in shaping future campaigns and sharing real-time feedback from your experiences on the ground
- Exceed performance goals with a results-driven approach, and enjoy recognition when you do
