Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Product Manager/Capital Markets(Equity Options/Listed Futures) and is ideal for a professional who excels at overseeing specialized projects that require a deep understanding of business operations, stakeholder management, and strategic execution. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of niche-specific business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, executive sponsors, vendors, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives related to project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support change management efforts, including training and post-implementation review, to maximize project success.

  • Proven experience managing complex business projects within a niche market or specialized industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Experience working in regulated environments or financial services is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks.
  • Background in financial services, banking, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with vendors or external service providers.
  • Familiarity with change management and business process improvement.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
