Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Furniture Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various types of furniture in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
  • Transport furniture to installation sites, ensuring safe handling and delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences during the installation process.
  • Ensure all installations are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during assembly or installation, providing solutions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of packaging materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in furniture assembly or carpentry preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations that meet client expectations.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with furniture installation.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in furniture assembly.

Pay: $17.43-$22.00 per hour
