Source Office Furniture is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong communication, logistics and organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment for the position of Delivery and Service Coordinator at our Brampton, ON location. This is a full-time position and 100% in office.

The Delivery and Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless customer service by coordinating deliveries, service requests, and warranty-related issues. This role works closely with customers, sales representatives, and DC Manager, manufacturers, to maintain accurate scheduling, provide timely support, and uphold exceptional service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm customer deliveries based on availability and special requirements.
  • Maintain and update delivery schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate with sales representatives regarding delivery issues, changes, or customer concerns.
  • Address and resolve delivery-related service issues via phone, email.

Service & Warranty Coordination

  • Monitor and action daily service/warranty emails from customers, third party Installation companies, and the sales team.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls with customers, and delivery/installation companies.
  • Work along side DC Manager to troubleshoot service issues to determine whether repairs, replacements, or preventative actions are required.
  • Process returns documents and ensures accurate Syspro documentations
  • Manage and oversee all activities and responsibilities of in-house service technicians and external delivery/installation teams to ensure quality and timely service.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, delivery scheduling, customer service, or a related administrative/operations role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro) is an asset.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially when handling service issues, delivery conflicts, and warranty questions.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, and processing of service requests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, warehouse, service technicians) and external partners (manufacturers, delivery/installation companies).
  • Experience in the furniture, logistics, or service industry is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable handling customer escalations in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure when priorities shift or unexpected issues arise.
  • Reliable and dependable, with strong attendance and accountability.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
