The successful candidate will work collaboratively across numerous teams within the Commercial team, including product management, sales, market research, Data Analytics & Optimization, and Transportation, Distribution & Logistics. This position can be hired at either the Analyst or Senior Analyst level.What you will do:Aid in the development and maintenance of analytical reports and dashboards to support the analysis and measurement of Pricing Strategy initiativesExtract and synthesize data from multiple systems to perform comprehensive analysis of customer sales transactions across a broad product portfolio, emphasizing key metrics such as sales prices, volumes, cost-to-serve, netbacks, and relative benchmarks to inform strategic pricing decisionsContribute to the development and enhancement of pricing and business models by integrating complex, multi-source data to identify and support pricing opportunities across the NPK portfolio and major commercial initiatives. Including key metrics, market intelligence, and competitor analysis that drive insights and identify opportunities for evolving pricingProvide analytical support to the refinement of the current price list tool for gathering, approving, and communicating pricing updates. Including ways to reference and track prices relative to key benchmarks and/or competitor matchingProvide ad hoc pricing, netback, and margin analytical support for Product Management teams, Sales teams, and Pricing Strategy teamWork effectively within a small, highly accountable team; display a flexible "can do" attitude and willingness to assist where requiredManage deadlines on multiple projects of varying complexitiesMaintain confidentiality and use judgement on when and to whom to share information withBe enthusiastic, curious, have an ability to look at issues from multiple angles with strong desire to learn.What you will bring:University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience within fertilizer and industrial marketsStrong proficiency working in SAP IBP, MSS, SAP, Power Query and/or Power BI, and SharePointAdvanced skills in all Microsoft applications with a high skill level in ExcelPassion for data and problem solving, driven by a high level of curiosityDetail-oriented with excellent analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong relationship building skills; able to drive cross-functional alignment, work collaboratively and effectively interact with other core business functionsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines & competing priorities.Ready to make an impact with us?
