Job Description

We are seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to support our growth and planning efforts at Circle YYC. In this role, you will analyze business performance, research opportunities, and provide insights that guide decision-making. We're looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn data into clear and actionable strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Developing and refining business strategies aligned with Circle YYC Corp.'s objectives
  • Conducting market research and analysis to support strategic planning
  • Identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure data is managed in an organized and accessible way
  • Collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives
  • Providing regular reports and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Provide insights that support strategy and planning
  • Review project finances, oversee invoices and payment process, report project budget.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in land and property development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player that thrives in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to take responsibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
