Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Clerk located in Mississauga, ON. The Customs Clerk will be responsible for accurately preparing customs documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, communicating with customs officials, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on relevant regulations and policies. The role works closely with supply chain teams and suppliers to facilitate efficient shipping processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and customs officials
  • Minimum 1 year of Experience of PAPS, PARS, Bonds clearance
  • Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Purchasing
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in customs compliance and regulations is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems is an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a logistics/transportation setting is advantageous
