Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing accounting team. Be a part of one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, offering an excellent work environment and opportunities for career advancement

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR), including planning, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Handle HST returns and government filings
  • Process invoicing, billing, cheque deposits, credit cards, EFT/Wire payments
  • Assist with preparation of financial and operational reports for internal departments
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support budgeting and business performance analysis
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and efficiencies
  • Provide analysis and insights to management as needed

*Qualifications:*

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field (Diploma or Degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting clerk experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
