Job Description:What will you work on?
Seeking a detail-oriented and professional National Account Manager with a proven ability to formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
How will you create impact?
- Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
- Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
- Understand customers' timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
- Timely and accurate set up of new items and maintenance of existing items
- Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
- Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
- Manage client-specific budget
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
- Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
- Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service
- Work in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to your account management team
What are your skills and experience?
- National sales and account management experience
- Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
- Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio of account(s)
- Experience of the retail link system
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $80,000 to $100,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master ltd. is a multi-provincial employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other provinces.
