Launched from Google X in 2015, our purpose is to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day. We are focused on generating and activating data from a variety of sources, including clinical, social, behavioral and the real world, to arrive at the best solutions for a person based on a comprehensive view of the evidence. Our unique expertise and capabilities in technology, data science and healthcare enable the entire healthcare ecosystem to drive better health outcomes.

Description

As a key member of Verily's Platform organization, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap  of the company's Participant Management capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and evolving how participant data and metadata are structured within Verily's core data model, how participants enroll and manage their lifecycle within the care and research programs Verily operates, and how participant data is governed and integrated across other parts of Verily's platform and downstream systems that need it for outcome reporting, providing user support, billing, analytics, and more. You will also explore the concept of a centralized personal health record and its applicability to Verily's solutions.  Your work will serve as the foundation for how participant data and operations are scaled and optimized across both Verily's first-party solutions and third-party product experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, discovery, roadmap, and delivery of Participant Management capabilities across Verily's platform and product ecosystem ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders.

  • Define, measure, and be accountable for target product outcome success metrics, ensuring strong ROI and positive outcomes for end users.

  • Stay attuned to evolving user needs and continuously iterate on platform capabilities for Participant Management based on user insights and data-driven learnings.

  • Get hands-on by defining, refining, and managing epics and stories, and using these as core drivers of product development.

  • Drive execution across multiple teams—product, engineering, UX, operations, support, and others—to build and launch products in an agile setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading the definition, development, and evolution of multi-tenant platform systems.
