Position Overview:
Nature's Way of Canada wants you to join our growing company and team. We are currently searching for an experienced and talented Full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. This is a remote position, based out of our Dartmouth head office in Nova Scotia. Fluency in both spoken and written French and English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Nature's Way is known world-wide as a leading provider of high-quality natural medicines and nutritional supplements, including an expansive line of herbs, nutritional oils, probiotics, and multivitamins.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for servicing and maintaining an existing base of customers and is accountable for the overall satisfaction of customer accounts. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and works well both independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by answering all incoming customer service inquiries, via phone and email.
- Promptly respond to customer requests and address customer concerns by ensuring an initial contact is made with the customer, within the current business day.
- Meet specified service level requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Remain current on technical information regarding natural health products industry and new and existing Nature's Way products in order to effectively respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Effectively promote Nature's Way products and educate customers.
- Accurately receive and process customer orders – track as required.
- Effectively work in close collaboration with outside sales representatives and other departments such as marketing and accounting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a phone-based office environment.
- Strong customer service background and experience is required.
- Strong technical aptitudes and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Consultative selling background and experience would be an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Highly driven and positive team player
- Ability to work through rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of natural health products industry would be considered an asset.
- Experience with SAP and/or CRM tools would be an asset.
- Bilingual Requirement: The ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written French and English is essential for this role.
