**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices;
- Send order confirmations to clients in a timely manner;
- Track & Trace customer’s back orders and respond quickly to their inquires;
- Provide RMA# and coordinate details with customers;
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct phone calls to appropriate staff member if unable to answers the customers question or issues;
- Field technical, product questions and expedite through the system;
- Answers questions about Raz and Custom commodes;
- Assist & Work together with Warehouse Team located in Quebec, assist with questions via teams chats.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2+ years experience in customer service role;
- Experience with all functions of Quick Books accounting software preferred;
- Microsoft Office with exceptional Excel skills;
- Ability to learn new software programs in a timely manner;
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling several tasks throughout the day.
**Shift**:Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
