**About Us**:
Kosh & Chai is a vibrant café and restaurant located in the heart of Toronto at St. Clair and Dufferin. We’re passionate about serving delicious food in a warm, welcoming environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join our team at Kosh and Chai. In this role, you will manage the floor, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience while maintaining smooth operational flow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts.
- Oversee guest relations, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Manage reservations, guest seating, and table turnover.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve any issues.
- Train and mentor new front-of-house staff.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A passion for exceptional guest service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
