AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator in . The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Summary of responsibilities

  • Schedule Service Calls on Scheduling system
  • Process Service Reports for billing
  • Manage in shop service jobs to ensure hours and parts used are tracked and accounted for.
  • Invoice Service Calls
  • Order and maintain consumable levels for service shop – ie Hydraulic Fittings, Hydraulic Hose, Bolts and fasteners, Spray paint and Brake clean etc
  • Manage the Service Vehicle fleet – ie book them in for regular maintenance, manage inspections and registration changes when needed.
  • Ensure all fluids used in the service shop are ordered when required – Ie Fuel, Hydraulic Oils etc.
  • Opening and closing work orders for all types of customers
  • Answering the phone and providing customer service
  • Researching billing and invoicing questions and providing solutions.
  • Assist with dispatching service technicians.
  • Assist with technician and office payroll.
  • Cross train with other administrative staff to provide backup in all positions
  • Various other office and service duties as assigned by Management
  • Entering technician hours into payroll system
  • Ensuring technicians safety training is up to date for entering sites
  • Scheduling safety inspections for service vehicles
  • Ordering tools for service shop and service vehicles

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS-Office Suite of products
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers
  • Experience in the construction industry (an asset)

Knowledge of Business central software or previous ERP experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
