Overview:

We are seeking a Line/Prep cook to join our team. This position will provide support and assistance in various areas of our organization. The General Help will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Duties:

- Assist with general kitchen tasks, such as prep, cook, dishwashing.

- Provide support to different departments as needed

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing workspaces

  • Help with customer service duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

-Must have at least 1 year shawarma prep or cook experience.

-Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or restaurant management preferred but not mandatory

-Moderate English skills required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

-Must have a work permit in Canada
