Full Cycle Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with extensive payroll experience to join our team. This role will be heavily focused on payroll, including multi-provincial processing, while also supporting general bookkeeping functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of payroll processing including multi-provincial payroll for staff across Western Canada
  • Support accounts payable, and accounts receivable as required
  • Tracking rebates and performing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Supporting inventory management and related accounting processes
  • Liaising with employees and management to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a positive workplace culture through clear communication and teamwork

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a strong emphasis in payroll
  • Demonstrated experience processing multi-provincial payroll (Western Canada experience would be an asset)
  • Knowledge of employment standards and payroll compliance across multiple provinces
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
