We're expanding and looking for 2 high energy, extroverted individuals to join our team. We are looking for applicants with full availability during the week, 3 weekdays and full weekends minimum.

Job Description: Our customer service host/ party coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first and most important priority. You are expected to instruct customers on gameplay, safety, and rules and lead group activities of 'Archery Tag', Dodge ball, Nerf battles, and Bubble ball. You will also support our team in cleaning, general maintenance, social media, and cashier duties.

We are currently looking for part-time individuals who can commit to our company for the summer and throughout the school year. Our job duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service as we aim to always provide a 5-star experience.
  • Learning and hosting games of archery tag, nerf gun battle, and dodgeball.
  • Provide training and safety instructions to large groups of both children and adults
  • Assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Cleanup facility after each party.
  • Assist the company in our social media accounts and marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Individuals should be extroverted, friendly, and customer-focused.
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Should be clear and concise.
  • Proactive in cleaning and organization.
  • Experience working with children and CPR certification is an asset.
  • Social media marketing knowledge is an asset.
  • Preferred if graduated from Post-secondary

Additional Information: Hours of operations are based on bookings and will vary week to week. Need flexible working hours. Most of your hours will be on weekends, so weekend availability is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
