Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Party Host to create memorable experiences for guests at our event venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing party activities, and ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively setting, providing exceptional guest service and entertainment for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
  • Coordinate and oversee party activities, games, and entertainment to ensure guest enjoyment
  • Manage food and beverage service, including food presentation and handling cash transactions when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout events
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to guarantee a secure environment for children and guests
  • Assist with setup and cleanup before and after parties to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in a party or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests confidently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Basic cash handling experience for managing payments or ticketing
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
