Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in any clinic setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling using online platform (Jane/Therabyte).
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerized systems.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinic procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using office software, particularly Jane/Therabyte.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
