Local Sales Manager (LSM)
to drive guest engagement, brand visibility, and local partnerships for our Toronto location.

Position Overview

The Local Sales and Marketing Manager will lead all local sales and local marketing efforts
on the ground and in the restaurant
, community outreach, and event-driven sales initiatives to grow traffic, elevate the brand locally, and build strategic relationships. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Guest Acquisition

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase restaurant traffic and revenue through local B2B and B2C outreach.
  • Identify and build relationships with local businesses, hotels, event planners, influencers, concierges, and high-net-worth individuals to generate group bookings and VIP visits.
  • Act as brand ambassador, representing the restaurant at local events, business mixers, and networking opportunities.
  • Create and execute retail sales activations that are well suited in connecting our guests with our brand alike.

Local Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and implement targeted local marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing team on seasonal promotions, brand activations, and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (chefs, bar, events) to create and market signature experiences (e.g., tasting menus, themed events, brunches).

Events & Community Engagement

  • Oversee in-house events, private dining, and collaborations with luxury/lifestyle brands.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with local cultural institutions, art galleries, fashion boutiques, and media outlets.
  • Manage RSVP lists, liaise with media/influencers, and ensure brand excellence at all touchpoints.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Provide content and insights for location-specific social media posts and campaigns.
  • Monitor local trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Support content creation efforts through storytelling, guest experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle marketing/sales (restaurant experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, relationship building, and executing local marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong work ethic as your involvement in the restaurant setup of events will be of high importance.
  • Knowledge of the local luxury hospitality scene is a strong plus.
  • Requirement to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
