Sales and Marketing Brand Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)

Term: 12–16 months

Jade Sales Agency is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional eager to make an impact and contribute to a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and market brands to retailers across Ontario and the Maritimes

  • Represent apparel brands with clear sales plans and strategies to optimize business

  • Schedule buying appointments with retailers to preview seasonal product launches

  • Gain deep knowledge of each brand's story, values, product, and target demographic

  • Implement quarterly forecasts, monitor sales goals, and manage daily sales data

  • Manage purchase orders and input sales data into CRM systems (Joor, NewOrder, Shopify, etc.)

  • Support major accounts with integrated platforms (SPS and EDI)

  • Review compliance contracts, vendor setup, product data sheets, and new item forms

  • Manage wholesale agreements, negotiate terms, and review dealer applications

Relationship Building and Marketing:

  • Plan in-store events and launches with select retailers

  • Support retailers with marketing initiatives, assets, and activations

  • Create and implement marketing strategies

  • Organize brand donations for social contests and events

  • Engage with retailers and brand partners daily

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with one other team member experienced in sales and marketing

  • Clear communication and comprehensive onboarding provided

  • Develop streamlined systems to ensure daily efficiency and goal execution

  • Understand the retail landscape and identify growth opportunities

  • Manage and report on all sales data and business development

  • Weekly updates and insights based on territory and sales performance
