The Bell MDU Service Channel Operations team is focused around delivering a flawless customer experience. As Specialist, Channel Operations the successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and meeting key deliverables on a project-by-project basis for Bell Fibe for promoter, developer and property manager condominium, co-owner syndicate and senior residences. Key deliverables will be met by working with various internal and external stakeholders such as Bell Network, Bell Field Services and Property Managers. Knowledge of Bell networks and service delivery methods combined with the ability to problem solve, meet tight deadlines under pressure and communicate complex issues clearly and in simple terms is a must. Experience in planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Bell deliverables post contract signing through to successful installation
  • Work with various internal Bell teams, including network, field services, product and technology to ensure successful Bell service delivery
  • Build relationships with customers to secure a smooth onboarding experience as well as support the overall needs of the building during project implementation
  • Collect, assess and disseminate accurate key performance metrics to different stakeholders
  • Take a leadership role in advocating the needs of the Channel Operations team within the larger Bell Canada organization
  • Deliver L2 support to strategic customers/end user to propose Best in Class customer experience

L'objectif de l'équipe Exploitation des canaux de distribution des Services ILM Bell est d'offrir une expérience client impeccable. En qualité de spécialiste, exploitation des canaux de distribution, le candidat retenu sera responsable de faire le suivi des livrables clés et de les satisfaire projet par projet l'installation et le support des solution Bell Fibe pour différents types de clients tels que des gestionnaires de bâtisses, de résidences pour personnes âgées ou des syndicats de co-propriétaires. Les livrables clés seront satisfaits en travaillant de concert avec divers intervenants internes et externes comme les équipes Bell Réseau et Services extérieurs de Bell ainsi que des gestionnaires immobiliers individuels/associations de copropriétés. Des connaissances des réseaux de Bell ainsi que de ses méthodes de prestation de services alliées à une capacité de résolution de problèmes, de respect des échéanciers serrés sous pression et de communication de façon claire et simple des problèmes complexes sont de rigueur. Le candidat devra posséder de l'expérience en planification, en présentation, en gestion de projet et en leadership commercial.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer tous les livrables de Bell à la suite de la signature du contrat jusqu'à l'installation réussie.
  • Collaborer avec différentes équipes internes de Bell, notamment les équipes Réseau, Services extérieurs, Produits et Technologie, afin de veiller à la prestation réussie des services de Bell.
  • Nouer des relations avec les clients pour s'assurer d'une bonne expérience d'intégration ainsi que soutenir les besoins généraux de l'édifice durant la mise en œuvre du projet.
  • Recueillir, analyser et implanter des mesures clés du rendement exactes auprès de différents intervenants.
  • Jouer un rôle de leadership pour ce qui est de défendre les besoins de l'équipe Exploitation des canaux de distribution auprès Bell Canada.
  • Donner un support L2 pour nos clients stratégiques et utilisateurs du service pour maintenir une excellente expérience
