Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. **Our expectations**:
The analyst will be responsible for developing and optimizing the exit strategy for end-of-life products.

The analyst will be in charge of monitoring the performance of the strategies in place and proposing adjustments with a view to optimizing profitability while ensuring a flow of products according to the desired sell-thru.

The analyst will participate in the Offshelves, Resets and Seasonal Product Management programs.

The analyst will work closely with the financial analysts in each of the categories to establish budget targets and objectives and to monitor these targets.

**Your role**:

- Determine the best exit strategies for each end-of-life product
- Monitor performance and suggest adjustments to merchandisers and financial analysts
- Responsible for execution in markdown systems
- Act as a business partner with the marketing teams while being a facilitator with the Finance FP&A support teams

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Good communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in Merchandising or Finance Merchandising
- Experience in Life-Cycle Product is an advantage
- Bachelor degree in administration,finance, marketing or related field
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information; Strong Problem solving skills
- Action oriented and timely decision making
- Hability to quickly turn-around, Manage multiples priorities
- Excellent computer skills with Excel
- Proactive atttitude with regard to gathering and verifying financial information
- Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
